The Goblin Emperor by Katherine Addison - My Thoughts

I won a copy of this book from the book blog, My Bookish Ways.  It's been all over my twitter feed since its publication back in April so I was eager to read it.  Also, because it's by an author I like a lot - Sarah Monette under the pen name of Katherine Addison.
